WHAT PHOENIX CLIENTS SAY ABOUT OUR WORK
Homeowners, builders, and contractors across Phoenix count on Phoenician Excavation Company for clean site work, straight answers, and crews that show up ready. Here is a sample of what clients tell us after the dirt settles.
The crew showed up when they said they would, walked the site with us before breaking ground, and kept the job on schedule from start to finish. Clean work and clear communication the whole way through.
Grading and trenching came in exactly to spec, and they coordinated with our other trades without us having to chase anyone down. Easy company to build a schedule around.
We hit hard caliche partway through and they had the right machine on site the next morning. The estimate held, the site was left tidy, and the finished pad was dead level.
Septic install and utility trenching handled start to finish, including permits and inspection. Straightforward pricing and no surprises on the invoice.
They cleared and regraded a long washed out drive and built the drainage back the right way. First monsoon came through and it held with no rutting at all.
Multiple house pads across one subdivision, all staked, cut and compacted on time. Their operators know the ground out here and it shows in the finished work.
